RESi Drafting & Designs Proprietor has 14 years of experience in the industry. With multiple qualifications from Building and Construction to Sustainable Building Design as well as managed design teams for some of NSW Leading Professional Builders, there lays the foundation. With a high attention to detail and extreme proficiency in multiple BIM (Building Information Modelling) programs, the aim was to take these attributes and apply to a design pairing experience where Client and Designer liaise together throughout the Design and Planning process adopting a unique personalised service.
Whilst working in the Project Home sector the focus was always to find ways to be more effective and succeed in making the client experience better, it is clear that in a numbers driven cookie cutter project home business the missing link is the lack of contact for clients to discuss their proposed house design logistics and any issues directly with the Designer/ Draftsperson at each stage.
RESi Drafting & Design knows that each client and works scope are not the same, and we factor this into our approach to maximise the potential of our client's expectations, taking the time to listen, understand the vision, budget and site logistics. Pairing together to achieve the best possible outcome.
We regard most importantly that a home will be the largest investment ever made in a person's lifetime, the benefit of having a professional navigate the codes and requirements through the Design and Planning process can be all the difference in how enjoyable the journey truly is. This is not something most if only a handful of Home Builders offer as a service with their design team throughout the design process, creating a less enjoyable and stressful experience during these crucial phases.
